Ascot Drive

One unfurnished bedroom available starting June 1st. Looking for someone to sublease for the months of June and July, with an option to sign on to a year lease starting in August if wanting to stay longer. The apartment is located on Ascot Drive which is within walking distance of Rheem Valley Shopping Center and about 5 minutes driving distance from Saint Mary’s College of California. There is a bus stop nearby that takes SMC students to Saint Mary’s for free. The apartment has a shared bathroom (with one other person) that has a toilet, sink, bath/shower, and a decent amount of storage space. There is a kitchen with many supplies and appliances, a spacious dining room/living room area (with a couch and comfy chair), and a nice balcony that gets lots of sun. Paid laundry is available in the apartment complex. There is also a pool for hot days. The neighborhood is full of students, families, and longtime locals.

Both roommates are in their mid twenties and work full time - she is a field biologist, and he works as a paraprofessional at a school. Everyone tends to keep to themselves, but both are friendly and happy to share meals/hang out. I’m graduating in May, which is the reason I’m leaving -but it’s been a great place to be while finishing school.
