Looking to sublet out an amazing living space as I am moving for work. The unit is located on E Washington St, West Chester, PA . We are renting out 1 bedroom. That person will have their own parking spot, their own office, and the largest bedroom in the house.

The lease will expire at the end of October of this year. This means it is a 7-month lease assuming you move in on April 1st. We are flexible with move-in dates.

The location of this unit is great. It’s situated just two blocks away from the bustling Gay Street and Downtown West Chester, where you’ll find a plethora of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. The unit is spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of natural light and modern amenities. You’ll be sharing the space with two other roommates who are friendly, respectful, clean, and easy to get along with.

Two roommates are awesome. Both are very clean, quiet, and nice. Best roommates one can have, which makes it sad that I’m moving for work. They are both working professionals that are laid back. Both male in mid-late 20s.
