Karolina's room

Hey all putting out some early feelers, but our roommate is moving back home end of May and we are looking for someone to replace her. We are located in south Denver off of Federal and Florida. About 20 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes from Sloan’s Lake and South Broadway. 20 minutes from Golden and 10 minutes from 6th ave / I 25. Me and my boyfriend share the upstairs area minus the kitchen we all share. You would basically have the entire basement to yourself, minus the laundry and we use one of the spare rooms for storage / guest bed room. You would have two bed rooms to yourself and your own bathroom, our current roommate uses the bigger room as a living room. We are looking for someone down to earth and cool. We love to cook and have a huge backyard that we love to have people over and bbq as well as have bon fires in the summer. We currently have a dog and a cat so no other pets. We also have a garage for storage and a shed. We all take turns mowing the lawn and doing yard work and we have an area where we garden. We are very down to earth people that are looking for someone who is clean and respectful. We are in our 30s so we are looking for someone close in age. We both work 9-5 and get up pretty early during the week. This is a basement room so you will hear the occasional footsteps and noises in the morning. Would require a background check and credit check as well as references.
