I have a 2/2 apartment in front of Dadeland Mall, a 5-minute walk to Dadeland Mall, Target, Dicks, Ross, and other shopping centers, and 1 mile driving to Publix. It’s close to the metro. Very close to UM

Minimum 6 months lease, monthly $1700 plus $125 parking fee (if you need it) One-time pay, non-refundable $275 includes a fob, background check, and administration fee. Deposit, $1700, refundable security deposit, needs to be paid on the day moved in, and will be refunded on the last day of moving out. Include access to a gym and swimming pool.

The room is for one person only, I expect someone who is clean, honest, reliable, and well-organized with a stable job. No party in the apartment or visitors to stay, however, you can invite them to the pool, I am a retired Woman that enjoys painting.
