Attention NO KIDS* Singe (1) room for rent in my shared cottage, about 5 minutes driving distance to the OV Pier and beach. Room comes with a Queen sized sofa sleeper, however this is optional and can be removed if tenant wants to bring their own bed. The house common areas are well furnished with table, sectional sofa, dining table/wear, washer dryer/etc. Small fenced in patio/backyard with gas fire pit/grill and Inflatable hot tub. Street parking available plus one driveway spot.

Quite and safe neighborhood and centrally located minutes down from Naval Station Norfolk and I64 access; also less than 15 to several breweries and restaurants.

***Looking for responsible and respectful professional for a short-term lease $850/mo + half utilities (Wi-fi, gas and electric)

****Lease terms desired: (4-6 Months but could be open to further rental period)

I currently do computer work mainly from my house, Monday-Friday with occasional weekend tasks and have a small friendly dog (hypoallergenic) named Zeus. I consider myself very social and would enjoy hanging out with perspective roommate, but also okay if they want to do there own thing. I’m open to occasional small gatherings with notice, but PLEASE no Partiers**
