West 14 Mile Road

This is a nice home walking distance to downtown Birmingham. I’m on the corner of 14 Mile and Birmingham Boulevard in Beverly Hills. There’s lots of room in the driveway private backyard. Lots of parking out at the street and the home is in very nice shape. The lower level is like it’s a little condo with its own kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining area, office and bedroom. You can Google the address and see pictures from when I had it for sale a couple years ago.

I will share the entire house or if you wanted you could live in the lower level but I’m kind of looking for companionship as well to do things with so I really don’t want someone who’s just going to stay in their room all the time. I am 59 years old. I travel a lot. I have two golden retrievers. I am semi retired.
