hello! I’m looking for 2 people to replace my roommate and I on a lease for a 2bed 2bath apartment at Stanford Court right across UCI and UTC! Rent for each person (2 people) in the master bedroom will be $960 ~$70 for utilities. Prefer female identifying individuals and couples. One other female is in the other room. The lease is until August 2023.

• Taco Bell, in n out right across the street + more restaurants at UTC
• Room comes with twin size bed (+ frame)
• pool, gym access
• No pets
• No security deposit!
• MUST SIGN ONTO THE LEASE, INCOME MUST BE PROVIDED
• Must make a combined income with the current housemate of 93k.
• MOVE IN ASAP
