I am 57 and a private business owner. I own this property but live with my wife around the corner one street over.

The Main boarder is my uncle. He is retired, quiet, and clean. He is a man of routine and few words. Just quiet and private, but easy going. He basically has an in-law suit in the basement and only comes up to the kitchen to cook and clean.

I maintain the house and yard. I have an office there and will work out of it occasionally. The garage is my man cave, so street parking. I have to access the garage occasionally through the house due to it being locked from inside.

A second room could be available for storage at an additional fee.
