We are renting out a room in our 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment.

About us: We are 2 females and one male in our early thirties/late twenties. (a nurse, an engineer, and a young professional). Two of us work from home. We love sharing meals together and playing board games/ Nintendo.
Looking for: Someone who is fastidiously clean, open minded, and respectful. All of us live active lives, but enjoy quiet time at home.
Neighborhood: Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. apartment is 3 min walk from Lucky’s grocery, local brewery, coffee-shops, and bus stop. 10 min walk to bars and dining on Divisadero. 15 min walk to Alamo Square, Haight/Ashbury, Golden Gate Park
Other info: Utilities not included, they average $50 monthly. (internet, electric, gas) We also split common household items such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper. We hire a professional cleaner every 2 months.
