I have a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath apartment and is looking to rent to a respectable person who will be responsible and take care of the apartment.

I am 29. I have 2 children ages 6 and 8. A boy and a girl. They are both fun and nice . They love meeting new people. However, they wouldn’t be a bother to you. I am an introvert who loves to relaxing and spending my time doing things I enjoy. I don’t have drama and don’t have people coming in and out . I am looking to be of a helping hand and also receive a helping hand. I understand this economy is a mess right now and if I can be of a help to someone in need of a place to stay, why not help? I would want the same. I can accept a female with no children or with children (a max of 2) . I am only asking for $700/month and just to clean up after yourself and be respectful as you would want the same.
