Looking for 2nd roomate to share apartment on Russian Hill. Below is the description but it is impossible to demonstrate the amazing view from the apartment and the great neighborhood surrounding it. We are looking to rent 1 of the 3 rooms for $1800. The room available, along with my room, are on the main floor with the living area and kitchen (basically a 2 bedroom or 1 bedroom/office apartment to self) The other roomates room is outside below next to the garden area.

The apartment has a patio outside my room and one in the garden, a large yard/garden where I will be growing bonsai and vegetables. There is a roofdeck with 360 views of the city moving from the Bank of America tower to the Bay Bridge to the Coit tower. Parking has been readily available every time I have visited as most people do not want to have to walk up and down the hill to park (the apartment is on top). The neighborhood also keeps up a communal garden next to the apartment keeping the area very clean and green. It will be difficult to find another apartment with the view, safe neighborhood, greenery and tranquility that this one possesses at this rate anywhere in the city.

As a note, I have most of the furniture and kitchenware you would need so you would only need your own bedroom furniture.
