Actually renting more of a suite. It’s a bedroom and a larger private loft area (this area is big enough to create your own office and living space) with its own bathroom on the opposite end of the home from my bedroom and connected bathroom. Shared open concept kitchen, dining, and living room in the center of the home.

It’s in a family oriented suburb that has a community pool and play ground. Quite and safe. Looking for someone respectful and reliable.
