This is a luxury condo on a high floor overlooking the Hudson in the distance and Hells Kitchen. Close to Central Park, Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, essentially the central Park southwest corner. I use the condo on weekends, but not all weekends. It is my pied a terre. I am a single gay man who works out of town. My ideal share is clean, quiet, well-organized, “gay”-clean and compatible. If it works for you, you’ll have a place that rents on the market for about $5600, completely to yourself for 95% of the time.. You will be essentially my guest, occupying a place as would a partner in the eyes of the condo assn that has specific rules about the comings and goings with 24/7 white-glove door service to be sure the place is safe for all and conforms. The building offers the typical high-end luxuries, conference roomies, common rooms, impressive lobby, large pool, jacuzzi, saunas, all a part of the newly renovated sports center. I am a single gay professional man. I live very clean and quiet with occasional friends that may sleep over (Very infrequently!) I don’t watch much TV and when in the apartment I might read or have my coffee. I tend to eat out and apart from sleeping, conduct most of my life outside the apartment which is uniquely well-located.
