About the room
I own a house in Christiansburg that has 6 bedrooms that is close to the Mall and Movie Theater. My daughter who is a Senior at Radford with three roommate who are VT grad student will be living there next year. The drive Radford is only about 15 minutes. Three furnished rooms are available for rent. Room 4 is available and can use one of the two community bathrooms along with one current resident. Additionally there is spare room for guests that is not rented. Rent is $700/month each and includes all utilities, wifi, and parking. The house has plenty of parking and a fenced back yard which is good for pets (max two per renter). Lease would start June 1st, 2024 but early move into the guestroom is possible before June 1st for people in dorms or with leases that end in May.
About the roomies
One Female Senior at Radford University and three Female grad students at Virginia Tech.
