Hello, Room available is 13’6“ x 10’8“. Apartment is on the second floor, you will have your own bathroom, quiet neighborhood for the most part. Looking for a roommate to continue my lease. Current roommate is moving out end of March. In-unit laundry. Looking for a working professional that is clean and organized. I like to keep the common areas clean for everyone to enjoy.

I am an easy going, clean working professional and like to keep to myself but also like to conversate with company I enjoy. My Friends and Family describe me as fun, outgoing, spontaneous and most of all kind. I work in the construction field installing appliances in new builds and remodels. Work m-f 630am-3pm. On the weekends I volunteer at an Equine Rescue, hang out with friends or enjoy some videos games from time to time.
