3bedroom 2bathroom apartment in a four apartment house with a private parking lot. Kitchen and livingroom is fully furnished. Laundry in unit. Full access to the apartment minus my private bedroom.

The 3rd bedroom is currently being used for storage and a home office space. You’d have access to this room as well.

The $1000/month fee includes: rent, electricity, heat, and internet. (Cable at your own expense.)

10min walk to downtown Concord, 15min drive to Walmart, and 20min drive to Manchester.

I am a single queer person in my early 30s who just got out of a long term relationship. I have a 6yr old dog who is my best friend. No additional dogs/cats allowed due to the safety of my dog, she’s very anxious.

I work a lot! Work is my life. I work in the mental health field 5+ days a week. If you’re willing to walk & play with my pup-child, that’s a huge bonus!

I am a very quiet and private person. I don’t mind socializing with others from time to time, but I am definitely an introvert. In my free time, I like to read and binge watch TV.

I like to keep a clean & quiet home. I would like others to respect this as well.
