About the room
3 bdr 2 bath . Brand new rented apartment I just signed a lease for . I plan to make this home an air bnb so it staying here must be a plan to be a stepping stone nothing will be agreed to over a 1yr . I want to move in roommates to help with furnishing the home but it’s significantly going to be a place of comfort and a place to save your money to get a home just like mine .
About the roomies
No one stays here but me (and I work 20 hrs a day so I come and go) I’m not going to discriminate or decline you if you don’t have money to deposit. You have to come with a plan to build your self up here and leave . I’m all for you saving your dollars and moving on so if you even need to stay for 2 weeks and not deposit I’ll work with you - but don’t count on leaving with out paying cause everything cost.
