This is a large house that has private rooms and dorm style suites. Whether you are looking for long term stay up to 12 months or a place to stay while you find your next home this is a good option. There are three private rooms available with a double bed and three other rooms with bunk beds. A separate suite with three private rooms, bathroom kitchen , living and dining is also available with each room separately available. Prices vary and you may choose to pay weekly for long term, or nightly for overnight and short term. All prices are per person per bed space per night, not per room. You may pay as little as $20/night (600/month) for long term stays and depending on the space and term of your stay. This is a hostel style setting. • Even though you are in a quiet area, you are close to supermarkets, restaurants, downtown government offices like courthouses, police, social services, health. There is an abundances of walk in urgent cares, multiple churches and schools, colleges, universities, major mall areas like The Outlet Collection, movie theaters , entertainment centers ( Showare Center and sports stadiums, golf clubs) casinos (3 minutes from Muckleshoot Casino) walking parks, lakes. ( 2 minutes from the fire station) You are close to major roads and freeways. Ask about anything you are interested in.

I work in education . This space is best suited for nurses, educators, college, university students in professional training programs, interns in professional positions or business professionals. This lifestyle is not for everyone. Please call with questions and visit in person or by proxy before signing an agreement. For work sponsored rentals a visit and meeting with concierge is required.
