The basement is located 3 minutes away from the Ride On route 74 bus stop and close to Germantown’s Public Library, many restaurants, and shopping centers.

We are looking for a responsible, organized, clean, professional, and hardworking tenant (SINGLE occupancy only - NON NEGOTIABLE) for our fully renovated walkout basement apartment.

This beautiful, modern, and well-lit (unfurnished) space features: Fresh paint and floors throughout. One bedroom. One brand new full bathroom. In-unit laundry. A newly built and furnished kitchenette with a brand new refrigerator, microwave, and countertop stove for light cooking. Separate living and dining areas with additional space that could be used as a pantry/storage or a mini office.

Interested? We are asking for a one-month deposit plus the first month of rent. We will conduct a background and credit check (There is a non-refundable fee of $39.95 that the applicant is responsible for paying). We will need proof of stable income/employment (Ex: W2, last three months of pay stubs, etc) and references from previous landlords.

The rent is $1,275 per month (Electricity, water, and Verizon Fios high-speed internet included). Initially, the lease term will be for six months, with the possibility of renewing for a more extended period of time. No smoking, pets, or parties are allowed.

Please note that if you have any mobility challenges, this listing is not a good fit since the patio’s main entrance (basement tenant’s main entrance) is located on a hill. El sótano está ubicado a 3 minutos de la parada de autobús de la ruta 74 de Ride On y cerca de la biblioteca pública de Germantown, muchos restaurantes y plazas comerciales.

Estamos buscando un inquilino responsable, organizado, limpio, profesional y trabajador (para UNA SOLA PERSONA, no negociable) para nuestro sótano completamente renovado.

Este hermoso, moderno y bien iluminado espacio (sin amueblar) cuenta con: Pintura fresca y pisos en todas partes. Una habitación. Un nuevo baño completo. Lavadora y secadora para su uso propio. Una cocina parcial recién construida y amueblada con un refrigerador nuevo, un microondas y una estufa eléctrica para cocinar de forma ligera. Sala de estar y comedor separados con espacio adicional que podría usarse como despensa/almacenamiento o mini oficina.

¿Interesado? Estamos pidiendo un mes de depósito más el primer mes de alquiler. Realizaremos una verificación de antecedentes y de crédito (hay una tarifa no reembolsable de $39.95 que el solicitante es responsable de pagar). Necesitaremos pruebas de ingresos/empleo estables (por ejemplo, W2, talones de pago de los últimos tres meses, etc.) y referencias de propietarios anteriores.

El alquiler es de $1,275 por mes (luz, agua e internet de alta velocidad Verizon Fios incluidos). Inicialmente, el plazo de arrendamiento será de seis meses, con posibilidad de renovación por un período de tiempo más prolongado. No se permite fumar, mascotas ni fiestas.

Tenga en cuenta que si tiene problemas de movilidad, este sótano no es una buena opción ya que la entrada principal del patio (la entrada principal del inquilino del sótano) está ubicada en una colina.

A little bit about ourselves, we are a young married couple with a little one on the way 🙂 We both have full-time hybrid jobs, so on certain days of the week, there is always one of us around. We live upstairs; the only space you need to share with us is the patio.
