Apartment and bedroom is unfurnished (Most furniture will be moved out). 2nd floor walk up apartment in an extremely convenient area of East Williamsburg. Only 1 block away to L train at Grand Street. Steps to food, laundry, supermarket and other stores. $1300/per month plus half of utilities. Monthly utilities recently have been $170 total or less (half would be normally less than $100 per roommate). Building has rules for quiet hours between 10pm-8am. There are no pets in the apartment. Guarantor signor and security deposit required. $25 application fee each applicant/guarantor. NO other fees. Serious inquiries only.
