Gillian's room

Good morning, I have a DOUBLE room coming available mid April/ early May in a two bedroom two bathroom townhouse/duplex minutes from downtown. The room is a double (couples ok) with a private bathroom, the rent is $1000 per person, not including utilities. Deposit of 2475 upon move in. The other room is occupied by me and my cat, she is super shy but very friendly. Pets allowed with screening through property manager. I keep the place overall very clean, and want to bring people in who can respect that. Ideally looking for two women or a couple (lgbtq friendly) around my age (19) working or in school, or both like me! The room is big enough for two twin beds and gets tons of natural light, the living room is mostly furnished but if you have furniture we can make it work, the living room is huge. I am currently studying Sociology at UCSC and working three jobs, when I am home I am working on school work but I would still like to be close with my housemates. I have a female orange kitty and she’s just the sweetest, she is very timid and stays in my room most of the time but she is never aggressive.
