Washer/Dryer on-site in garage This is a 4 bedroom house (1400 sq ft) with a back yard and front of the house parking. Close to SDSU, Grossmont Center and Parkway Plaza and easy freeway access.

Room: $900 Deposit: $500 each Month-to- month rental agreement Utilities not included

There are 3 females living here now and we are looking for more 1 roommmate - Female only.

We are laid back and friendly. This NOT a party house. Family/friends are welcome at respectful times and when you are present.

We have dogs and a cat, so our roomie must like pets. They are good pets and will not ever be in your private space. Sorry no other pets will be allowed.
