I have a 3 bed/2 bath home with all hardwood. Most of the hardwood is new and I had the full interior of the whole house repainted less than one year ago. I occupy the downstairs bedroom and have a fully furnished (with premium mattress) room with mounted television for rent. Your room has two closets, so plenty of storage space. The bed also has two large drawers at the foot of the bed for your use.

Your rent is all-inclusive and includes water, electric, gas, internet, cable, Netflix, Hulu, HBO, and Prime. Private bathroom is just off your room and there’s an extra room I use for storage (so could you) and have a treadmill you’re also welcome to use. I also pay for a twice monthly yard care service, which is included for you. I cover the annual HOA fee, too. As a bonus, a monthly house cleaner is included in your rent, too. In addition, I have a Ring doorbell with 24/7 monitoring for security purposes that will be available for your use, too.

Full use of common areas, including industrial grade washer and dryer. I even buy all paper products for your use, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Stainless steel kitchen appliances (dishwasher, range, and refrigerator). Plenty of attic storage for your things.

Room is pictured. Full front patio with outdoor furniture and full back deck. Formal dining room and living room all furnished, too. Gas logs in the fireplace.

Month-to-month rent is fine with me. Security deposit is equal to one month of rent and due up front.
