Private room for rent in a nice and quiet single family house with 2.5 bathrooms ( 2 + a half bathroom). Tenets will share a full bath amongst themselves.

You have access to the kitchen, living room, and washer/dryer in the garage.

Plenty of street parking and drive way parking as needed.

Flexible month to month contracts possible. One month Security Deposit is due before moving in. Utilities (Gas, Electricity, Water, Internet, Trash) are included.

Everyone who lives here is honest, courteous and respectful.

Currently there is one man in the master bedroom with their own bathroom, and two women in the other rooms who share the main bathroom and secondary half bathroom.
