There is an older hispanic couple in their early 70s living in one of the bedrooms. They are friendly, quiet, and helpful. There is also a family of four living in two of the bedrooms. They will be moving out at the end of June. Currently there are two bedrooms available with a shared full double sink and tub over shower bathroom. One parking assigned per room.
