Small, cozy furnished bedroom available in my 2 bedroom home inside a nice adult Oceanside community park. Room has been remodeled. Flooring, wall paint, vanity, countertop, ceiling fans , mirrored closet, curtains. Room is modern style with a touch of rustic, with a full size bed, full small private bathroom, shower and separate vanity area inside the bedroom.

My bedroom and bathroom are on the opposite side of the home. Access to common areas, (living room, kitchen). Parking shared in driveway.

$55 fixed rate for all utilities: Trash, water, heat, electric, wifi, Laundry. This will be a month to month arrangement. $500 refundable deposit as long as room remains in the original condition with no damage.

Looking for a quiet, low key, considerate, responsible and drama free person (easy to get along with). Person who works outside of the home, ( I’m often at home working on projects). Must be 45 years old or older (I’m in an adult community park). My place is not a party space. I’m a low key person, health minded and life style is quiet and simple.

No pets please, thanks. No drugs, alcohol use (except in moderation…wine or beer is fine, but if your tendency is to get “buzzed or tipsy”, this is not the place for you).

No chemical based products are used here. I use only ecologically based, chemical free products and supplies. No smoking (no vapers). If you have allergies to incense or natural essential oils in the home, this might become an issue for you as on occasion I use them.

Home that is stress free, calm, casual; This is an easygoing quiet small space to live in. Please, no couples or weekly friend visits or friend overnights. This room is meant for one single, quiet minded person who just wants a simple quiet space and who mostly meets up with friends outside of the house in other places.

Close proximity to major Freeways, 1-5, 78, San Luis Rey Mission 76. 15 minutes drive to Carlsbad, 20 minutes to Vista, 30 min. drive to Encinitas or San Marcos. Close to the Coaster transportation and many great stores: Trader Joes, Banks, Alpertsons, Winco, Gyms, Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart, Dollar Store, Local Library, Thrift shops, Joannes Fabrics, Barns N Nobles, Health Food Stores: (Sprouts and Frazier Farms), All kinds of shopping locally and many great eateries and restaurants. You can even walk or bike ride to shopping centers on the corner of Mission and El Camino Real. Bus stops are also there. Room is available thru Mid March on.
