It’s a 3 bedroom Townhouse (Model unit) located off of Vineyard & Foothill Home is available w/Wi-Fi access, satellite TV . Model unit is conveniently located near Pool, Jacuzzi, Club house & our mailbox’s. Conveniently all of this is just 30 feet away from our front door. As well as the unit is conveniently located near the properties main entrance, entrance located very close for easy access to find for family & friends when giving directions. Overnight Guests are welcome as long as not a move-in fixture. There’s a good vibe here our home. Absolutely NO Drama accepted!!

Full kitchen, living room, laundry room, pool, jacuzzi, BBQ & patio privileges are 100% available to you.

Comes with a Large private patio, gazebo style w/curtains, with matching outdoor patio furniture, an outdoor fireplace & indoor fireplace as well. Large Bque grill with direct view of pool. Immaculate landscaping for your viewing pleasure that’s immaculately groomed 6 days a week. Garage has front loading large capacity washer & dryer as well as a 2nd refrigerator, including a 2nd food storage pantry in garage. The 10 & 210 freeways are only 1.2 miles in both north & south directions off of foothill & you should also know that the 15 freeway is nearby as well.
