Looking for a solo roommate to team up with me and my partner to start a new lease in a 3 bed, 2 bath townhouse. Newly renovated with all new stainless steel appliances, central ac, and in unit washer/dryer. There is a small 1 car garage, small driveway, and free street parking. There is an unfinished basement for storage and a small fenced in back yard area. There is a flight of steps into the house and also to the second floor, so unfortunately not ADA accessible. We have two small dogs who are ESA’s, other animals on a case by case basis. We’d split all utilities 3 ways (gas, electric, water, internet).

We are a late-20’s couple, I’m a small animal veterinarian (upenn 2020) and Collin does maintenance and real estate. We like to keep the common spaces clean, calm, and low key. We work during the days and just like to relax when we’re at home. Looking for another young professional, must be able to pass a credit and background check per the landlord’s discretion.
