Located near South Point Mall, which puts us near I-40 and I-85, as well as the Durham Expressway. We are near UNC, Duke, NC State, and NCCU, and most any grocery store, restaurant, or park you prefer. Your room is the 12’8“ room, which has interior access to the shared bathroom, ceiling fan, and spacious walk-in closet and is large enough for a king-sized bed. The apartment gets lots of sunlight, is on the top/3rd floor (no elevator), and two gas grills are conveniently located near the apartment building. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, pots & pans, and silverware. You’ll have a shelf in the refrigerator and in the pantry, as well as cabinet space. Paper products and all utilities are included in the $700 monthly rent. Security deposit and March rent is due upon move-in and will be pro-rated. Subsequent months’ rent is due the first day of the month. I will add photos of the room once the current roommate moves out and I get it cleaned.

I am quiet, non-smoking adult student who works in-office, I hold a paramedic certification (so no 420) and am learning to grow veggies, can, dehydrate, and otherwise preserve foods. I clean the common areas weekly and try to keep things neat in general. Let me know what questions you may have.
