It’s a 100% private 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, with washer and dryer, and a full kitchen as well as living areas. Internet included and a small tv upstairs for your use. Fully furnished already. The renters prefer very short term stays (1-2 weeks set at around $200 a week), but can negotiate a stay of a month or longer. I live downstairs 100% separate from where this listing is available and there are dogs that will bark sometimes through downstairs that can be heard. Renters only want females, no pets but may be negotiable depending on the pet.

I live on the property but am downstairs 100% of the time. I rent the downstairs separate and do have dogs that sometimes bark when they think someone is coming inside or with bangs through the floor. But the upstairs is 100% separate with only the backyard connecting the two. It’s in a small neighborhood and has a garage and pretty closed off from the neighbors. Tons of deer around here too. There’s also a deck out back for the upstairs and a fenced yard.
