Seeking one roommate for my 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo in South Pointe in La Jolla village! Located close to UCSD, LJ village square, UTC, the 5 freeway and Villa La Jolla park. There are several useable pools and jacuzzis for your use in the neighborhood. Also street parking for guests.

The condo is 2 stories, 1450 Sq feet attached garage, lots of storage space, a cute back patio, wood burning fire place, washer/dryer in unit and has just completely been repainted, new ceilings and I’m continuing to make upgrades to the space. The kitchen has a dishwasher, lots of cabinet space and beautiful granite counter tops.

The available bedroom in upstairs and has a walk-in closet with shelving, high ceilings, and lots of natural light. You have your own bathroom with shower and tub. Garage parking spot included in rent. Length of lease can be negotiable but may affect monthly rent. Water and Wi-Fi is included. SDGE split between roommates monthly.

I am looking for only one roommate. About me: Female, SD Native in my late 30s. My work schedule varies from early mornings to late evenings and I work in Mission Valley. I am very active, go to the gym, love to cook and travel as much as I can. My family is all in SD too so I see them a lot too! I am very respectful of space and noise. I value a clean, safe, comfortable home filled with good energy. And plants. :)

About you: Student or employees outside of the home. No work from home situations please. Respectful and great at communicating. Responsible and doesn’t bring the party home. Sorry no pets (big animal lover though) or couples.
