Condor Circle

The condo was recently renovated - the carpet was replaced with hardwood floors (except the bedrooms), the entire house was re-painted, new kitchen appliances, etc. Utilities are included in the rent - the entire rent amount is $650 flat.

We are two housemates looking to fill the last room - we’re both in our mid-twenties/early thirties (one girl, one guy), both pretty laid-back working adults with basic expectations (keeping the house relatively clean, no loud parties without notice, and generally respectful of each other). We already have one cat and we’re open to a dog as long as it is able to get along w/ our cat.
