Mason's room

• Located in Hilton, 7 minutes from the shipyard or from CNU.
• 1600 sq ft house
• 3 bed 2 1/2 bath
• Everything’s furnished except for the bedroom you’d be living in. ( and you’d need your own shower curtain cause the person who moved out replaced the one I had with a new one and tossed the old one.)
• Total monthly rent: $750.00. This includes all utilities such as electricity, gigabit internet from FiOS, water, trash, etc. This would be due by the 1st of every month.
• You’d have access to all common areas such as the living room, laundry room (with brand new washer and dryer,) kitchen, your bedroom and your own full bathroom. I can even share my Netflix and Hulu info with you 🫡
• You’d have to pay for your own groceries (we can arrange splitting things like toilet paper and paper towels and laundry detergent if wanted)
• I have a dog and 2 cats that are chill and quiet (dog literally doesn’t bark)
• I have a grill and a flat top outside if ya like grilling.
• I have most basic kitchen necessities and some beyond that such as air fryer, toaster, quesadilla maker, pots and pans, knife set, etc.

I am a 27 year old male. I am an engineer at Huntington Ingalls Industries. My interests include sports (big football and UFC guy), video games, going out to bars with friends, all while being a quiet, responsible individual. I tend to keep to myself at home (I won’t be all up in your business). I don’t party much anymore, nor do I do drugs (I am okay if you smoke outside.) 90% of the time I am either at work or in my game room. I have a dog (GSD) who is the most respectful, quiet one you will ever meet. I have two cats as well that are non aggressive, just loath around wherever the sunlight shines through a window. I am in search of someone who is responsible and can make payments on time! I am open to either a male or female roommate as I’ve rented out to both and had zero issues. The neighborhood I live in has an HOA fee that provides security cameras so it’s a very safe and crimeless area to live in! I am looking forward to meeting you! 😌
