My name is Gary Grossman. I’m a single middle aged male. My other roommate is a female, Lynne. I am professional tour guide in the wine business. The house is fairly large, with 2 large living spaces. We are looking for a person, ideally middle aged that wants to be part of a household. We both work long hours and ideally want to create a shared environment where everyone can live in harmony. The house has a nice back porch and wall AC. The room can come furnished if that is needed. We like to cook and would like to create shared meals. Since I’m in the wine biz, lots of good wine is shared. You would be sharing a bathroom with Lynne and the utilities are not included, cable and wifi, gas and electric and water. Location is walking distance to the store and Sonoma square.

As I said before, I’m in the wine business. I love to cook and share that with my housemates. I enjoy great wine and movies. Lynne is a very warm and responsible roommate and pitches in when she can. We both keep the house very clean. It is a lovely environment in a great location. You’re close to Marin, Napa, Petaluma and Santa Rosa.
