• month to month lease to start

Currently, 3 guys and 3 pets live here (2 cats, 1 dog).

Must haves:

• at least $2k take home pay per month (proof via last two months of pay stubs)
• minimum credit score of 650
• no criminal history
• no smoking or vaping
• no pets

• Utilities (Water, gas, trash, internet/wifi)
• Washer & Dryer use
• Free use of the Kitchen & fridge space (as long as you clean up after yourself)
• Monthly professional cleaning

I’m down to earth, respectful, and a homebody. I like cooking, working out, watching movies/tv series, and keeping to myself. I work at an E-commerce agency doing Amazon consulting remotely from 8-5pm.

My highest priority for everyone living here is a safe, drama free, quiet place to rest and relax. We’ll have the occasional house dinner, but we’re mostly all doing our own thing.
