I’m moving out at the end of April so this room will be available! Large room with a huge closet, two cool roommates, a shared bathroom with one clean roommate. Awesome neighborhood and soo close to the beach!

Two female roommates who are young professionals! Both work often and are way chill. They enjoy cooking and are both quiet and low-key. The bathroom has two sinks with a tub and shower. You would be splitting electricity, gas and wifi. Also one really awesome and friendly cat! He’s a big ol almost 2 year old and enjoys just flopping down and watching you cook 🤙 He gets bigtime fomo
