Knight Road

The room is on the other side of the house. It is private and close to your own bathroom. The bedroom is approximately 10x20 with two windows and a ceiling fan. Plenty of closet space, too.

The house has a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher. The living room has a great picture window that the sun rises into in the mornings out looking a spacious lawn.

We have a washer and dryer and plenty of parking.

Outside the back yard is a gardening area, a cedar forest next to a creek. Across the creek is a large field with wildflowers and wildlife.

We are 6 miles from downtown and 12 miles from Vanderbilt (West End).

I’m an entrepreneur and work a ton. I have friends but don’t hang out too much anymore and very rarely with them at my house. I can be friendly but can read social cues, if someone wants to be alone.
I play guitar, like all kinds of music . I don’t do drugs but don’t mind the soft stuff. I drink on occasion. I want to build a forest garden at my house and relax.
