Hi, I’m looking for a roommate that wants to live in relaxing cabin in the wood lifestyle with me and help me run a homestead at a reduced rent rate? I am going to away from home most of time time working long hours and mostly coming home to sleep/eat. The rent rate and security deposit negotiable.

If you have a trailer, you’re welcome to park it on the property. We can count that and work something out. I can set up hook up for power for you.

The house is a two story two bedroom(one being a loft) and two bathroom house. It’s a small room, but the lifestyle is a big relaxing one. You will get your own full bathroom and full 5 acres of all inclusive things to do. The common area that are are anything outside of that.

It’s got a wrap around porch with three rocking chairs. It’s got a full kitchen and washer/dryer. I have two deep freezer for food storage. I have a full gym set up. I have a shed over looking the creek with a hot tub in it. I have a full sized pool that I have yet to set up and planning to set up this spring to help beat the heat. A hammock down by the creek under the shade to relax in. The road the property is listed as one of the best road to go four wheeling and back roading on. It’s in a private location surrounded by 35 acres of woods with cut hiking trails. The neighbors owns this property but access is allowed to it.

The property is 5 acres with two barns and a hunting lodge on a creek. It’s got a wood shed. A cleared fire pit area at the top of the hill that is a beautiful place to watch the starts at night or sleep out under them on a nice night. It recommend that you have a pickup truck as the creek that goes through the driveway does flood.

The house is located 30 minutes in every direction to big cities. It’s 50 minutes to the heart of Nashville.

I have two Bernese Mountain dogs, Zach and Bear, that are the property security. They fill the home with a lot of love and life. They love to cuddle and be everyone’s best friend when they bond with you. They have full range of the property and inside the house. They have an automatic doggie door. They are house broken and don’t chew on thing they are not supposed to. They are well trained and know their place as well as the rules of the house. They are not allow on the furniture and don’t beg for food. They sleep in my room at night and are crate trained.

I have a plans this year to put in a garden/green house to allow access to fresh food year round. I am get bees and fresh honey will be available.

A contractual roommate agreement will be drawn up and agreed to prior to moving in.

I work full-time in nursing night shift (3 x12s) and will be starting nursing school in May. I cook very rarely, I buy prepackaged food. My life is very simple and busy to consist of working long hours away from home. My time at home will consist of eating, going to church on Sunday, sleeping and studying. I am looking for someone who want to share this life style with me and help off load some responsibilities that come with managing a homestead/large property since I’m going to be away of long hours. I live a quiet life and I’m looking to keep it that way. I live by a certain set of principles and looking for something who shares in those as I don’t smoke and boyfriend that comes over to spend the night. I am sure thing can be flexible on friends coming over. The boyfriend thing is flexible is you decide to park a trailer on the property.
