I’m looking for 1 roommate. I don’t mind the occasional overnight guest-within reason. You’re moving in-they aren’t. This fully furnished room includes a TV with all streaming services, wifi, a comfy queen size bed, dresser, and closet. The complex is close to all major freeways, South Coast Plaza, and less than 15 minutes from Balboa Peninsula. The apartment has an IN UNIT washer/dryer and there is a small gym on property as well as a pool/jacuzzi, bbqs, and ping pong table.

I’m a small business owner and content creator. I work 7 days a week. I don’t drink, smoke, or do drugs. I have no pets, children, or drama. I’m pretty laid back and just ask that anyone who comes here be laid back yet respectful of the space and furnishings.
