Upgrading From A 1 to 2 Bedroom in my complex for a better price. I currently have 1 small dog NO children living within the home, just looking to spilt the rent with someone @ about 1200 a month if not a little less per person plus electricity Rent includes the Wi-Fi and cable bill , good vibes only, no weirdos :/ and not looking for someone who’s going to want multiple ppl through out the house (company is allowed whenever you please they just can’t live with us ) which means I’m only looking for 1 roommate only no extras definitely not trying to be no one mother and dictate what goes on in the house but everything will be in my name so i just have to make sure I’m good in the long run NOT trying to Clean up behind no one, no messy or dirty people that will attract bugs, sorry to be so brutally honest don’t mean any offense but it is what it is.
