This is a Bunny run, home… so no other pets! ** Has back yard / Garden *** Room is an Oversized Large room with attached bathroom, and double closet for right person. Also, has A/C (Will discuss cost) (Room Will easily fit 2 king size beds, desk, side tables, plus more) Brand new installed (April): carpet, new vanity, new flooring in bathroom and kitchen, freshly painted home. (Pictures are before renovation, room is satin white with a possible accent wall .. currently thinking on this—- call soon (before April 1st) to have choice color)

For a Mature person who works full time, MUST be afternoons, preferably 1pm to 10pm, Monday through Friday… or close to this. Someone self motivated and self disciplined, regardless of age is a best fit to home environment. Not looking for someone who has time to socialize regularly. This is a quiet home, living with one other person only.
