March 18th move in for the master bedroom in a 3bed + office on 217 Devoe St (steps to L and close to G). This is a duplex with basement and the largest yard I’ve seen in NYC (and I grew up in Brooklyn). We’re gonna be 3 people in a giant house in a prime location 🙂

About us: 2 roommates (Monty and I). We’re both in startups, work-focused and quiet during the week but definitely looking to host people on weekends once in a while this summer given the space.
