Hi! ISO female roommate in upper 20’s - April 15 or so move in on Agate + Cass in North PB / Bird Rock area.

About Apartment: Two bed / two bath (you will have your own bedroom and bathroom). Laundry onsite. Tenant responsible for gas and electric. No pets. One year lease. Price: $1,250. Walking distance to to restaurants, coffee shops, etc., and three blocks from the beach (you can see the water from the front area of the complex!).

My current roommate is moving home to Boston and a friend connected me to a spot in North PB that is currently being renovated (new flooring, new tiling, all new stainless steel appliances, new sliding doors) and I felt it was too good to pass up! They are still working on the place, so move in is roughly April 1-10.

I am 27 years old (turning 28 this month), work fully remote in PR, and travel usually once a month. I am originally from Portland, OR and have been living in San Diego for six years and love it! I keep it pretty low key during the week between work and going to the gym in the evenings, and like to spend my weekends mostly out and about with friends (exploring new neighborhoods, restaurants, going to the beach, seeing live music, getting drinks, working out, riding bikes, coffee shops, etc). I am very clean and organized (don’t expect this from a future roommate), but would like to have our common spaces clean. Would be great to be friends with a roommate as well, but not necessary.
