Rent: $1200. Security deposit required. Non smoker Includes: Water/Sewer, Trash, Electric, Internet/Streaming (Youtube TV) You, in return, will have the huge 4th bedroom on the main level as you walk in. Has a sliding glass door which leads to the fenced in backyard. You will also have a half bath in your room. The full bathroom that will be yours is on the 3rd level. In addition, you will also get an office/extra room in the cost. We will share the laundry room, kitchen/pantry and living space. I have most small appliances and kitchen necessities which you can use, just put them in the dishwasher. There is a deck off the kitchen. The 2nd floor is open concept and awesome! I have a tv in the main living room along with a DVD player. Dishwasher, microwave in the kitchen. There is a Bose Wave in the house a well.
The garage is used for storage. You will be able to park in the overflow parking which is diagonally from the townhome. You will have access to the entire townhome except the master bed and my office. All you have to do is move in and set up your new place. The realtor who took these pictures did not have wide angle lens. Rooms are bigger than they appear. No pets as I have a 4.5 year old Belgian Malinois that is an ESA and she doesn’t want other animals in the house.

I am almost a single occupant with a belgian malinois ESA named Cannoli. The current roommate will be vacating hopefully by 4/30/23. I work M-F 8-4:30. Typically home by 5. I keep to myself, enjoy reading, watching some tv, listening to music, and sewing. I like to take my dog to the park, and on walks.
