Your (private) room is 12x12 square feet, and has a secluded bathroom located just outside the bedroom door. Your room also has a door leading directly to the back porch! There is a spacious closet within the bedroom.

Utilities are not included in the rent. The cost for utilities is an estimate (about $110) and includes electricity, water, trash, and wifi. Move in fee can be discussed.

I am very clean and keep up with household chores, but am not a clean freak- so I may leave the occasional dish in the sink overnight. That being said, I am easy going and will not mind you leaving the occasional small mess in our shared spaces as well.

I am very open, and value good communication. I will tell you if something is bothering me, and I would expect you to do the same for me! :)

I have a boyfriend and would want him over on some weekends! I will be spending some weekends at his place as well. He has a cat that is approved to visit, and we can decide that based on your comfortability with having the occasional pet guest:)

I am quiet at first, but can be outgoing once I get to know and trust you. I spend most of my time in my room, but may be on the back porch doing art projects at times.

I am looking for someone who is mature, responsible, decently clean, financially responsible, and can work well with others. I do not expect you to become my friend, but I would be happy to make a new friend!
