2-room suite on 2nd floor of 5-bedroom Antique Farmhouse. Private bath just down the hall. Kitchenette with multi-function air fryer/oven, microwave, hot water, coffee maker and use of dishwasher. Shared yard and laundry. The space is just converted, and is uncluttered and clean. Happy to make sure you have what you need. There’s plenty of outdoor space on the porch and big yard, and two pygmy goats to greet you when you come home. A relaxed, cozy place. A 10-minute walk to various beaches, Great walking trails, a fish market, organic grocery, restaurants and a ice cream all nearby. LGBTQ+ friendly. 1 cat lives on premises.

The house is large and there is mostly just me and the cat. There are a number of ways the space can be configured to accommodate different needs, so pleases let me know if there is something you require.

I am an active single senior woman with a son abroad at college. I run a local organic food club that is just up the road. The community here is very friendly, and the beach is a 10 minute walk. The house is an Antique Farmhouse on a 3 acre corner lot. We have a barn with a loft and 2 very nice goats. A cat lives in the house. My son may live here part of the summer depending on his work.
