Unfurnished room available in a 3 bedroom house. This house is probably best fit for someone with a car, as there’s a Gazzali’s within walking distance, but most other grocery stores/BART are at least 1.5-2 miles away. There are tons of bus lines that come through the area however, so to say that public transportation isn’t totally inaccessible.
The bedroom is removed from the street, and does not share any walls with the other bedrooms. It comfortably fits a queen sized bed, dresser, bookshelf and other furniture. The closet isn’t huge, but there’s plenty of shared closet space (two closets, one used as a linen closet and one used as a coat closet) in the hallway as well. Tenant would share a small bathroom with one other person (perhaps technically two because her boyfriend is around quite often) The house itself isn’t huge, but still feels spacious. The living room is fully furnished and filled with plants and eclectic decor. The kitchen has two refrigerators, a new stove, and in the back is a large washer and dryer.
There’s also a small backyard (that’s a little overgrown but full of potential) equipped with a grill

You’d be living with myself, my dog Huey, and my housemate Raje (her boyfriend JJ is around quite often as well) I’m 35 years old and, and I have a 12 year old English Bulldog mix, Huey (he mostly sleeps, unless you’re in the kitchen in which case he’s 100% underfoot). I’m around a lot in the daytimes, and work in the evenings. I’m a bit of a homebody who really enjoys cooking (and do quite a lot of it). Huey is super sweet and gentle with humans, but unfortunately doesn’t play quite as nicely with other animals (no other pets can be considered for this house, sorry!). Raje is the other tenant, whom you’d be sharing a hallway/closet space and bathroom with. She’s in her mid 20s and works in the daytime and is around mostly at night. As mentioned, her boyfriend JJ is around quite often. The both of them are clean and communicative, but also mostly keep to themselves. While we are all very 420 friendly I do ask that any tobacco products only be smoked outdoors (i.e. spliffs and blunts) We’re looking for another laid back individual to live with, ideally someone who likes dogs, keeps clean, and also values living in a peaceful environment.
