Mary's room

Hi, my home has a room and bathroom with its own entrance to the house. There’s one large closet and one small closet in the hallway. We would share a large kitchen and laundry room. There’s plenty of parking. I have a nice back yard with patio furniture that you’re welcome to enjoy. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. Utilities included in the rent except for water. I pay 3/4 and you pay 1/4 providing you’re a water conscious person. Looking forward to hearing from you.

I love to work out and eat clean. Non smoker. Have always been health conscious. I’m currently becoming certified in a personal development program. I’m a former ESL teacher. Easy going but not a pushover 😂. My home is a drama free and peaceful space to live in.
