Penmar Drive

I’m looking for two roommates in La Vergne. Roughly 20 minutes to Nashville, 20 minutes to Murfreesboro, 30 to Brentwood/Franklin The bathroom is shared. One room is 13x13 the closet is just outside the door. That room rents for 750. The other room is 11x9.5 the closet is inside the room. That room rents for 600. The bathroom will be shared by these two occupants. Each occupant will also be responsible for $50 towards the electric. All the other bills are covered. House is $1,800 square feet and rooms are on opposite ends of the hall upstairs. Two car garage has been converted into a full gym. Fenced-in yard and pool out back. Location is near Sam Ridley and old Nashville intersection. Available to move in now. Renters need to be able to provide proof of income.
