Must enjoy animals and not be offended at animals being messy. I have a small dog who needs a potty pad. If you can help around the house or with projects, help with animals, the better. If you are a Christian that would be ideal, but having the basic decencies of a religion that respects life would be just fine. We are not perfect and don’t expect you to be either. Looking for someone who is quiet, reserved, helpful, peaceful, and doesn’t have visitors. If you have a small child we can talk about that being aware that this house is not child proof but thus far my friends’ kids have been ok here. We have dogs that are excited to meet new people. Small children might not like that but ultimately they will settle down and embrace kids just being part of our pack. Sounds bad, but it’s not it’s just noteworthy. Like every renter ever we need money and your help with funds is important. Once we have survived getting on top of our finances again, we can reassess what you need to owe. I am looking for someone with morals, not super loud, very polite, not sketchy, just a person needing a place for a while or for longer than a while that can helpful and fit in to the family. Here it is two people and the pets. It’s a three bedroom home. There is ONE small bathroom. That’s a big deal. Big back yard. Lots of gardening projects you could do.
